dapat teenager with CF utk exam.Ya Allah,berdebar bukan main mase exam.present hx pon tergagap2.tapi okaylla…kene show examiner how do i assess clubbing, and was asked about GI manifestations and complications of CF, and show them how do i do respiratory examination.i told the examiners everything i knew about CF,except 1 thing, CF can cause NIDDM.ya Alllah, langsung terlupe. mmg lps borak ngan John after xm, die mentioned jwpn die since die pon dpt patient with CF jugak. argh…tapi takpelah…i mentioned the rest anyway-rectal prolapse,malabsorption,high energy requirement, pancreatic enzyme LAP(lipase,amylase,protease) deficiency, FTT, cirrhosis and portal HTN and gastrostomy for overnight feeding etc..lupe langsung psl NIDDM.cume teringat yg termention ‘pancreatic abnormality’..huhu…
kene ty DDX…bagitahu examiner, yg rase2nye patient tu ade bronchiectasis since she was treated with tobramycin/colomycin nebs. so, very highly likely kan patient yg dpt ppseudomonas infxn dpt bronchiectasis? (betul ke?) mmg kene treated aggressively. tapi itulah…in term of examination-wise, rase mcm byk kene improve lagi.kene always put myself in exam situation,sbb bile xm plus nervous,yg kite biase buat pon bleh tertinggal.cam tak teringat ape2 pon ms xm tu.em…alhamdulillah…pass..that’s all i want to know. ade mcq xm by the end of this week.so,got to prepare for that plak…

cuaknye…hari ni attended a tutorial delivered by Dr.Rafferty.mule2 discuss psl UTI, bleh la jwb bile ditanye. tapi bile masuk psl nephrotic syndrome, dah kurang keyakinan dah bile jwb soklan. lps kene ty psl haemolytic uraemic syndrome, terus clueless…huhu. camane ni, banyak lagi x tahu. next week dah exam. cuaknye. byknye nak kene tahu. paediatric in macam children medicine sbnrnye. byk jugaklah nak kene bace. kdg2 penyakit same ngan adult, tapi presentation lain2. hm…kene struggle fizah!!!

alangkah indah kalau semua orang mengamalkan cara hidup yg disarankan Islam…alangkah indah kalau Ireland ni negara Islam…
tetibe nak share satu pengalaman waktu petang tadi naik bas balik dari CUH. bagusnye attitude org irish ni, nampak jelas bilamana pada satu ketika, bile smpai dekat bus stop, driver bus turun dr bas, bantu sorang pakcik ni turun dr bas dgn die nyer wheelchair. pakcik tu mcm ataxic,so mcm susah jugak nak turun bas ngan waddling gait (wide-based gait??) semua..pakcik driver bus ni,bukan sahaja lower down muka pintu bas, sebaliknye tolong pakcik ni angkat wheelchair,and tolong die turun bas semua. betulkan wheelchair, and bile tgk pakcik tu ok, baru die naik bas balik. bagusnye kat sini, semua org dpt treatment same. bygkan kat m’sia, penah tak tgk org yg naik wheelchair naik bas?ade 1 dlm 1000 kot. tu pon, susahnye nak jumpe org yg betul2 sudi tolong. and bus kat m’sia,paham2 la,bukan wheelchair friendly sgt. mmg jauh beza ngan kat sini.and disabled and mentally handicapped kat sini, tak nampak pelik.takde org yg tgk diorg 2-3 kali bile mereka lalu depan…x mcm kat m’sia, semua tgk kalau ade org nmpak pelik sket. x tahulah, my personal experience mmg mcm tu. asal ade je org pelik naik wheelchair kat tepi jln,semua tgk mcm pelik je. tp kat sini,org wheelchair masuk U semua…bagus kan? tapi adelah attitude irish yg x bagus sgt. alcoholics semua…tapi, yg penting kat sini, ape yg baik kite amek jd teladan, ape yg jahat kite jadikan sempadan…betul x kawan2? =)
